Switch Dynmap to minimalist texture pack #83

Dynmap is currently using up 3GBs of space. This can be seriously reduced with minimal loss in quality by switching to a reduced-resolution texture pack. Even a 1x1 texture pack would still work well.

Hopefully doing this will help Dynmap to not crash every time I try to do fullrenders.
