talkback and BlueTooth headset while in a call not talking

I discovered to day while using my BlueTooth headset talkback will not talk 
while during a call.  First I turned the headset off called my voicemail for 
testing and got speach all the way through the call.  Then I hung-up and called 
back to my voicemail this time using my BlueTooth headset no speach as I moved 
around.  I got Vibratory feedback but no speach from talkback.  Can this be 
fixed please?

Cannot reproduce on Galaxy Nexus running ICS or Jelly Bean. May be 
device-specific.

When reporting bugs, please include device and Android build information in the 
"What version..." section of the bug report. It makes following up on them much 
easier.

Does this happen consistently, e.g. TalkBack never speaks through your headset, 
or just on this particular occasion?

It happens every time, I can not use my head set and I am using the
samsung galaxy sIII, do not have access to a nexis device do to my
carier.  :)
