Difficult to navigate multi-level menu systems via the keyboard in Talkback and Jellybean #134

Using Jellybean with the latest Talkback beta on an HTC Vision.

1. Open K-9 Mail.
2. Bring up the menu system.
3. Arrow to "More" and press Enter. Note it's crutial to do this with the
keyboard and not with a11y gestures.
4. Attempt to navigate in the newly popped up menu.

What occurs is that Talkback reports a new menu of 4 items, but neither
arrowing nor exploring the screen reveals anything about the choices. The only
way to get this to open and read properly is to navigate the first level with
the a11y gestures and double-tap on "More."

I would expect either arrow navigation or gestures to speak correctly. This may
be a side effect of the previous issue I posted.

This can't be fixed from the TalkBack side. Filed Android framework bug.
