[TalkBack] Talkback focusing issue

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1.Internet -> Bookmark - >On the Bookmarks tab, change the History tab when the 
focus changed

2.Internet -> the bottom of the Toolbar -> Back,forward button Inactive when to 
run when the focus changed

3. Internet -> Go to the portal -> When choosing an article to read the 
contents of the focus, but the focus, but this article is not entering

4.Contact-> Changed focus when you change to the Groups tab on the Address Book 
tab.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Normal operation focus.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Android 4.2.1 Talkback 3.3.*

Please provide any additional information below.

Please describe the expected output in more detail than "normal operation." 
Please also describe the actual output. I am unable to understand this bug 
report.
