Long text crashes text to speech. #423

while using the current 4.1.0 talkback beta long text will crash the text to
speech engine being used with talkback for example this link:

http://mesonet.agron.iastate.edu/p.php?pid=201412281145-KHUN-FXUS64-AFDHUN&z=141
9767118.54

This happens regardless of the text to speech engine or web browser combination
being used I have had this issue on the following devices:

Samsung note II phone running kitkat 4.4.2
Nexus 10 running 5.0.1

With the following text to speech engines:

Acapelatts
Eti eloquence
Ivona
Google tts
Espeak (from cainteoir technologies)

With the following web browsers:
Chrome
Chrome beta
Firefox
Firefox beta
Dolphin and the stock web browser on my Samsung note II phone

This issue was also present in the previous 4.0.2 talkback beta when I return
to the stable version on the play store this issue is not present.
