Add support in timing manager for AMDS sensor #365

The AMDS system needs to be integrated into the new timing manager system.

@npetersen2 will update this issue more soon with details about how to do this.

[x] Generate new amdc_amds IP
[x] Update trigger and done in new IP
[x] Add amds_X_done and amds_X_en ports (X is 0-3) to amdc_timing_manager IP
[x] Update and rename driver for AMDS (from motherboard)
[x] Update and rename command interface for AMDS (from motherboard)
[x] Update REV F block design
[x] Update REV E block design
[x] Update REV D block design
[x] Once all blocks designs are updated and tested(?), delete amdc_motherboard_v1.0 from the ip_repo

The last few check boxes above should get addressed in #361, so I'm going to close this issue. I'll come back and check the boxes once v1.3 is ready for release.
