Fix Altium P/Ns #48

If you use Altium to generate a BOM, it works great, but many part numbers are for Digi-Reel packaging. Also, a few of the parts are unavailable on Digi-Key, but in reality, they are there just with a slightly different P/N (e.g. different temperature rating, etc).

In Altium, let's change all the P/Ns which are for Digi-Reels or unavailable to prevent spending hours trying to order the BOM.

After much effort, fixed in REV D. Should be able to just export BOM from altium and click order! :)
