Increase routing clearances for lower cost PCB manufacturing #7

REV20180525A PCB was designed with 6/6 mil clearances, but this is probably unnecessary.

From quick looking: ADC ICs and the USB-UART IC are both QFN packages, so have smallest clearances. They should be fine at 8 mil clearances.

I think the whole board should be adjusted to 8/8 mil clearances to reduce price.

REV C hardware was drawn with 5/5mil spacing...

As most every board house can do 6/6mil spacing for cheap, please use this for REV D layout.

Using 6/6 mil clearance on REV D (and 6 layers). This should be fairly cheap for most board houses to make (especially China board houses!)
