Renaming board designs in here #19

We need to rename the designs in here:

Motherboard should now be Mainboard
daughterboards should now be referred to as descriptively named Sensor Cards:
1. AnalogCard -> LowVoltageCard
2. VoltageCard -> HighVoltageCard
3. CurrentCard -> CurrentCard
4. LegacyMeasurementCard -> let's remove this

@elsevers When we rename stuff in here, can we change this repo to be called SensorBoard or something like that? This whole expansion platform isn't a "Card" anymore...

Yes, I agree the repo should be renamed as well.

Ideas:

SensorBoard
SensorSystem
MeasurementSystem
AMDS - Advanced Motor Drive Sensing
Anything else?

Hmm, at first I liked MeasurementSystem... but now I'm leaning towards AMDS ... Since this is a full embedded system with main board + sensor cards. Also, it doesn't really have to be used with the AMDC -- it can be used with any controller board!

Then we would have AMDC + AMDS (controller + sensing), just need to supply your own power stack to drive advanced motors! :)
