Reorder install approach numbers and add interactive window statement #309

This PR addresses #306 and #307

Switched approach 1 and 3 to list eMach conda environment as the first approach for new users. In the Virutal Environments section, added a statement to explain how to use the interactive window feature in VS Code to render graphics.
