JMAG Defaulting to Most Recent Version #339

There is no way to define which version of JMAG is used by eMach. Because of this and some bugs with JMAG23, sections of the codebase are becoming unusable due to changes in the JMAG region naming system. The user should be able to define the version of JMAG they would like to use.
