Do we need the .lock and the .log file ? Where did you get the Google Analytics code? And to run locally one only need jekyll properly configured?

Sorry for all the questions but we are newbies here ^_^

I just deleted unnecessary files. You only need to run locally "npm install" and then "npm start" Thanks for the feedback.
