remove configure and other autotools products from svn #503

Branch name: trunk

Purpose of code changes on this branch:
We don't have to keep then in source repository. They can always be 
regenerated. If we do keep them, then we have to deal with inconvenience of 
merging and diffing those "noise" files.

When reviewing my code changes, please focus on:
everything

After the review, I'll merge this branch into:
/trunk
