[Issue]: Notification not coming back online after silencing #305

Description

I click Silence new notifications on my iPhone. I see that the automation is disabled on HA but it never re-enables.

If the automations are getting reloaded or Home assistant is restarting while it is silenced this would cause this problem. But otherwise as far as i;ve tested it is working as expected.
