Resource file "Form1.resx" cannot be found. #2

I tried to build the application in Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2019 Version 16.6.1 . But gets the error "Resource file "Form1.resx" cannot be found. "?

Sorry for a late answer. Fixed in the latest commit.
