Trying to line up images for concepts portion of homepage. Trying to format the projects section of the homepage.

image so i lined up the images correctly, but I don't think I sized the list elements correctly because the images don't show.

image in addition, i wanna move the text boxes up so that the viewer can see the image and the explanation at the same time.
