Highlighting tabs in the top nav-bar #20

The profile tab isn't highlighted when the user visits his own profile. Highlighting will have to be implemented for the other tabs as well, once they have proper pages associated with them.

The profile extends the base_portal (the tabs are in the base_portal), so there's no way of setting class=active directly. I'll try blocks, or js.
