Make another sidebar Contact Details.

Query for all users in shaastra, group them by departments, display them under collapsibles. You can implement this EXACTLY as this was in the last year's ERP. Please refer.

I didn't like how it was in last year's erp. So, i changed it ... I made a datatable which has all the info. I used datatable for 3 reasons :

It is easy to search (it has a search box which is js based .. very fast) .. going through those collapsibles is pain. It has column sorting It has features to print pdf (of the table) making it peaceful to use.

Closing for now : if you don't like the style, reopen. Added in : e792a5277a5421be4ea7098d76949dac5f51e4b9

btw (random) : did anyone ever notice this "zen mode" on the top right of github text-field ?
