DTVP - Change venue select to MultiSelect. #43

Change the field type in the model. Also change all validations and processing.

Venue select has been changed to MultiSelect. Corresponding changes have been made in models and views.

SubEvent add, edit, delete works.

All logic has been changed to implement the ManyToMany relationship. Only the template rendering needs to be changed.
