Hamburger menu #4

Hello @akhilsathuluri @rdarpan @etchandgear @blackViking007 I tried adding slideview sdk to Shaastra for hamburger menu. There were a lot of issues and since it was built for Silverlight, it is troublesome to use slideview.

@akhilsathuluri and @rdarpan, you too attempt adding slideview sdk. If not, we will use
