Too many commits showing #46

githubprob I have just cloned the repo and on opening github it says i have 1500 commits. Some help please.

If it's in the modules folder it's ok. Push off. They're for reference only, and I can put back anything that's deleted.

I just realized ... as you're using windows this will happen. because windows and Linux use different line endings (CR_LF and LF)

So, your git gui thing will be doing some stuff like changing them to CR+LF ... you can push without worries of breaking anything

I too got the similar problem but it gave hint to use command "git checkout -f HEAD" and then everything is fine... Donno whether it will fix that of not in ur case
