FEAT Add an option to export and import my data. #299

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I was thinking that I might need to switch from storing my data on the cloud to be stored on my local hard drive, just in case I want to use Condution offline, or to have control over my data. Then, I found no way for switching, neither a way to have a backup of my data.

Describe the solution you'd like It's important to have an import/export feature to the database, located in the settings for example, or to have a way to back up my data.

Additional context Thanks for your beautifully designed and unique software.

This is an extremely important feature. No one wants to be losing their data in a production management app~ Hope the devs add this soon~

(P.S. I am currently using the app locally. Just started~)
