It's unclear that the cadence is not part of the chord progressions #109

We should have some sort of indication when the cadence is playing, that it's not part of the exercise itself. It might be unclear for beginners, especially in the chord progression exercise.

https://github.com/ShacharHarshuv/open-ear/pull/112 I'm disabling the buttons once the cadence is played + displaying a message explaining what's going on. It think that should suffice.
