[Enhance] More Abilitiy-Rates #13

Would be nice to have:

Size-rate (or something) - For slimes Giant-Rate for Zombies (we also have a baby-rate) Rider-rate - For spiders

And Rider: Rider-Rate oder Chance. (see comments on BukkitDev.)
