DO NOT MERGE! This hasn't been tested yet.

I tried to implement multicast and broadcast, this should be nice, but I am not sure how well it will work.

Okay... I had an insane idea... Mixing broadcast and multicast... I'm gonna have to rewrite some stuff, but it will be gloriously horrible.

@XeonSquared, I think I've done all I can understand, testing wise, could you do the final tests to ensure that it works fully?
