Decrease Timeouts?

The current timeouts seem very slow, maybe it would be better to decrease them?

When I was using copper, I had it set to 10 and two machines over a plain switch managed to overload the network due to it not processing it fast enough. Hence the stupidly high one here. It's configurable, anyway. At least, I think it is.

So, to elaborate on what actually changed:

• Messages are resent after 10 seconds instead of 30
• Route cache entries are kept for 15 seconds instead of 30
• If opening or sending to a stream takes 30 seconds to get an ack, it is automatically closed and returns false.
