REQUIRED: The /explain flag. #17

With the goal of and 'end user' tool,

Add a flag called /explain that will tell the user in plan English just exactly what the commands they provide will do.

This should let someone - in theory anyway - to be able to take commands and add an /explain flag to receive what they will do without the need of them getting their feet wet in attempting to understand the code.

Needs testing to ensure emits English but the screenshot below should be promissing. image

explain is done. Also it works with file sizes. image
