Having issue building source on Windows 11 #11844

Hello, I had a weird issue regarding building the game on Windows 11. Every time I try to build the game it gives me the error below: error And after I run it again it will crash my system. I have no issue building it on my old pc which runs Windows 11 so I assume it is a Windows 11 issue. I already installed VS2019 and all the VS components and Haxe libraries that are required. Does anyone who runs Windows 11 experience the same issue? Please help!
