I cant compile it !!! and when i can it says Neko.exe stopped working!!! #12769

Describe your bug here.

So when i try to run lime test windows when i downloaded everything it said neko.exe not found (i used the hmm method first) then i reinstalled everything manually the old way and now it still wont work

OK FIXED IT YOU NEED TO DOWNGRADE THE VERSIONS!!! ill put it here https://github.com/ShadowMario/FNF-PsychEngine/wiki/Libraries-versions
