error with hxdiscord rpc while compiling the game (psych 1.0) #15902

sorry it's the second time i'm making an issue about a compiling error but i'm trying to compile the engine and it keeps giving me this error image i looked the versions it is confirmed to work and it says to use hxdiscord rpc 1.4.2 but that version don't seems to exist?? idk if i'm doing something wrong here so if someone can help me i would really appreciate!!!
