Graphics Setting Crash #9971

Describe your bug here.

I was playing "SEEKS Cool Deltarune Mod" and I wanted to go ahead and turn the FPS limit down to see if that will effect the frame drops I'm experiencing that's ruining my PFC's. When I try to open the Graphics setting though, it instead gives an error message and crashes the game. This happened in the mod version 2.1 with 2.2 being the latest version of the mod, and Psych Engine version 0.6.2 image
