[Bug] Library Getting Cut Off

Describe the Bug

When in library view, games are getting cut off on the end of my list.

Expected Behavior

Show the full games list without getting cut off.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Just opened steam and clicked library.

Operating System

Windows

Anything else?

I own about 763 games, if that helps any on knowing how many games it takes for it to start cutting off.

some of them just aren't showing? Can you search them up either? or are they gone?

I can still search for them, but the list of the games is getting cut off. Preventing me from being able to scroll through on that list.
