This adds a purchasable item to the shop like maybe a wooden shovel. The purpose of this item is to give to an admin if a player would like the dirt on their plot to be cleared. Kind of useless but I have had players ask me to clear dirt/blocks on their plot when I was staff on Glacial. The way this works is when the player buys the item from the shop, it sends a wooden shovel into their inventory called (Excavation) or something like that. This item will have to be given to an admin+ and that admin+ should know what to do with it (which would be to clear blocks/dirt from the players plot)

I don't see the point of this, why not just give players this. HOWEVER, we're switching to a system like SkyPrime where players will have per world instances for their "plots". Which will neglect the need for this altogether.
