FNT file updates - Fix override to Format message

This update does the following changes / fixes:

• Remove IGT message from Advertise FNT files.
  • They were reverted after discovering that the Save FNT needed to be used.
• Restored Format Message for Initializing memory card.
  • Fixes #8
• IGT message now acts like Intro Messages in terms of displaying.

What should be tested before merge:

• Format message correctly appears.
• Double checking management of custom message offset.
  • Should either confirm value is 0 on closing of message or every code that needs to use it correctly initializes it.

Ugh. Format message still not fixed. What I thought was an old build is still this new code. Just doesn't appear all the time...

These last few changes should address the issue with the original message appearing briefly before exiting the message. We should also be back in sync with the main SX1.1 branch. Just need to commit a new MCM update

Tested on console and it appears to be fine. We will address any issues as we see them over time.
