This will be a nice quality of life change for runs that purposely start off with limited weapon unlocked and want to start new runs fast without needing to reload a backup save file manually.

Also, depending on if this does not prevent the last story condition, could also be used for a 100% or All Endings speedrun with No Special Weapons available.
