[Feature request] Set desired production rate to saturate a belt type #181

This is a "nice to have" feature I enjoy from Factory Planner. The calculator should notice what belt types are installed via mods and calculate the production rate that would saturate that belt (either by lane or full belt). Clicking the production rate should allow typing in a specific rate as we have now, but also pop up buttons corresponding to the belts you have installed in the game so you can instantly set the rate this way.

I have a change that allows you to type "2.5b" to get two and half belts of production, for whatever belt you've picked in the preferences. It also allows "10/m" to produce 10 per minute, even if the display is set to per second or per hour.

I don't tend to use the belt feature in either Factory Planner or Helmod, so is there a need to be able to quickly switch which belt is meant by "one belt of production"?
