1 year ago I tried this approach and it indeed makes the 3 sciences, I mentioned in #207, available. I added more details/thoughts on this subject in my comment over at https://github.com/ShadowTheAge/yafc/pull/207#issuecomment-1435757384.
This is an alternate to #207, but I'm leaving it as a draft for now since I'm not very familiar with pyanodon's mods.
