Tridents do not work with arrow damage modifiers #1203

"Tridents extend AbstractArrow as such, apoth's modifier for arrow damage manipulates AbstractArrow#baseDamage but tridents do not use that field whatsoever and instead replace it with a hardcoded 8.0F"
