Miner's Fervor cannot break blocks whose hardness is 0 #1350

Apotheosis version:1.20.1-7.4.2 I found I cannot use a pickaxe with Miner's Fervor+Silk Touch enchantment break Dead Coral Fan in survival mode. In MC wiki, I found Dead Coral Fan's hardness is 0, and Miner's Fervor's description isYou will mine very fast, but never instantly.
