How to get my recipe back? #75

Thanks for making this mod. I downloaded the mod, use it, but I don't want to use it anymore, I delete it. My recipe book is gone, pls help me get it back. Thanks again.

depending on the version it just nukes the data, you can use the /recipe command to restore it
