[Suggestion] Add the ability to add custom burner heater fuels via script or config #23

I love this mod, but in the modpack I'm making there are lots of extra variants of fuels (coal, etc.) and I've found I can't use them in the burner heater. It would be awesome if I could add these fuels via script or something. Thanks!
