Request: Ability to use molds (other than preset casting tables) before Caster #31

Would like to see an earlier-game method of using molds that doesn't require the Caster.

Thought process: a lot of the tools you can make probably exist before players have FE/RF, but we don't (necessarily) want to make the Caster energy-free (via configs).

Doesn't need to be identical to the Tinkers' method of placing a mold on a table, although if that's simplest that's great too :)
