How to change minecraft title texture with a custom one and/or change splashes #42

I've been looking around various mod pages and Google and haven't found how to change the Minecraft title at the top of the screen. Is there a way to change it within the mod? And if there's any way to change the splashes with another ones.

Nvm, found out I need to make or use a texture pack for that, still wondering about the splashes.
