Took a quick look at CurseForge, didn't see any mods potentially using the removed / renamed experience methods (And neither did Gateways or NeuralNetwork (at least not on the default branch))

This probably needs to also include the changes to RandomAttributeModifier in 8.5.6 and 8.5.8, and may need to include the constant codecs introduced in 8.5.4

Should ChancedEffectInstance stay in Apotheosis?
