Switch to GregTech Nomifactory Edition, Improve PA performance #180
With GTCE being abandoned since 2021, and with permission granted from Shadows, subsequent versions will depend on Nomifactory's fork of GTCE, GregTech Nomifactory Edition.
This PR makes the switch, and adapts to breaking changes (pertaining to notifiable multiblock parts) needed to compile against it.
These changes vastly improve PA performance and should fix all of the jamming issues previously experienced. They are based on work by @PrototypeTrousers.
