The current error handling and input validation in PySubtitle can be improved to provide clearer error messages and prevent common mistakes.

Tasks:

Improve exception handling to provide more informative error messages.
Add input validation to check for valid file paths, supported file formats, and other user inputs.
Update the documentation to include information on common errors and troubleshooting.

Pull req ready, some minor changes in example and speech recog. I'm getting that API access. Like the test video also.
