Currently, PySubtitle only supports the VTT format for subtitles. We should add support for other popular subtitle formats like SRT and ASS.

Tasks:

Implement functions to generate subtitles in SRT and ASS formats.
Ensure that the new functions are integrated with the existing workflow.
Update the documentation to include information on the new subtitle formats.
