Code Clean Up #131

1. Clean up the gui code to adjust to the current paradigm shift in a hexviewer 
only with other viewers as external windows.
 a. remove tabbed actiongroup as well as the tab pages
 b. remove the functions/variables for implementing and tracking switching
2. Clean up the hexviewer/reader code
 a. remove code no longer needed.
 b. properly comment my changes/additions.
