errors when loading case, can't view hex once loaded #145

when loading the nps-domexusers.E01, errors occur when loading the content. 
once loaded, the image hex doesn't display for any files. the file hex does 
display and load correctly for the files.

the size of the file system is a (-) value, which is wrong.

I need to do a better job of capturing errors when they occur and writing them 
to the db, so i can look back at them
