adding multiple sets of evidence - treeview update #99

currently, if i try to add another set of evidence, it overwrites the existing 
one with new data, rather than appending it as new data.

fixed when adding multiple sets of evidence to the treeview.

modified my sqlquery for AddEvidence and fetchMore to get the items it should 
get.
